How can we help?

Suggest a tool

Tell us which new tool would make your day easier. The most useful requests are the ones that say what the tool should do and who it is for — for example, a student who needs a fee calculator, a shopkeeper who needs a profit calculator, or a teacher who needs a marks sheet maker. We regularly add new free tools based on reader suggestions, and the ideas that solve a real, everyday problem come first.

Report an issue

Wrong result or broken feature? Share the tool name, what you entered, and what you expected to see. A screenshot helps, and so does the device and browser you used — for example, “BMI Calculator, height 175 cm, weight 70 kg, result looked wrong on my Infinix phone in Chrome.” The more detail you give, the faster the problem can be found and fixed.

Ask a question

Not sure how a tool works, or what a result means? Ask us. Common questions are about units and conversions (marla and kanal in the Area Calculator, for example), about which size to pick in the Passport Photo Maker, or about why two tools give slightly different answers for the same input. If your question helps other readers too, the answer may be added to the tool’s FAQ section.

Business enquiries

For partnerships, advertising, or featuring a tool on your own website or channel, write with a short description of what you have in mind. We answer business enquiries from the same email address, and we reply within two working days.

Response time

We usually reply within 24–48 hours. Messages sent on a weekend may take a little longer. If your question is urgent — for example, a tool is giving wrong results and you need it for an exam or an application — say so in the subject line and it will be looked at first.

Your privacy

Do not send passwords, CNIC numbers, bank details, or other sensitive personal information by email. We never ask for them. If you report a problem with a tool, the values you typed (a height, a loan amount, a piece of text) are enough — we do not need anything that identifies you.
